-We have a maximum occupancy of 14 guests -We permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. There is a pet fee of $290. Our insurance does have breed restrictions. Please reach out for breed approval. -Unexpected circumstances can arise - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing traveler's insurance. -There is an additional Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform that is required to book this property. The Guest Agreement is a legal document that details the rules and policies for staying here. -The Guest Agreement includes a liability waiver, guest policies (damages, occupancy limits, smoking/pet policies, etc), and a fee schedule for violation of certain policies. The entire Guest Agreement can be made available prior to booking.
